Praised Diem as the “Winston Churchill of Asia”
Diem might escape death but Kennedy none an escapee! Why?
(Excerpt from Volume-One “VIETNAM WAR” The New Legion)
Senate Democratic Humbert Humphrey had related that: President Johnson had pointed to the wall at hanging a picture of himself and President Diem and expressed of grief for cynical accusation embitter of life. “Johnson said: “We had involved the crime to kill this noble man … now this happened right in our country!”. He meant the Skull and Bones killed both of them.
In reality, United States has been override by a Company Dynasty as WIB Bones that was always constantly standby in the shadow political platform, but putting a bridle on government which operated just for her will. For that reason, despite the fact that branch Democratic or Republic which had to protect their vicious selfish on narrow interest first, another word was American-First. With her (Company Dynasty) she did not care the cat was Black or White, the most important was catching numerous rats, that should be O.K. Sometime she uttered in words: “Any US citizen could become a capable apt for US president, except this guy wasn’t mental disorder!” Do you know “The United States were a perfect totalitarianism”
As for an undeveloped country like Vietnam, President Diem always determined: “Never put the fate of our nation into foreign hands”- cohesion-allies with imperialists though there were so powerful, but this mistake wrong approach’s direction and eventual no exit to escape, if without the support by her native fellowship. The crucial factor for glory victory was our people, not allies; our ancestor did not need allies, but thrown the enemy out of Vietnam. President Diem tries to persuade President Kennedy implied a defense-treaty like South Korea as Pak Chung Hi, but he turned it down right away. In fact, Kennedy was secretly not dare signed any agreements without authorized by this Company-dynasty [Skull and WIB Bones] He did not want to impair their super-stratagem. Because Wise-Men intended not to sign an agreement divided two Vietnam in Geneva 1954 for stirring war 1954-75; That’s in the outstanding strategic plan in the Eurasia Great Game that implied creation a segment-barrage from Japan, Korea, Mongolia, the next eight new Soviet republic and some next Republic separated China from Center Asia to Europe, for invisible dominated Russia and China while necessary whipping, if occasionally these two untamed-horses were unbridled.
For performance this conspiracy-schemed, First of all, US managed to invade troops staying in South Korea 1950, while after World War II, she had been troops already in Germany for joining of two ends as one segment as Eurasian-Project. So Vietnam War implied attractive the world attention for deceivable the second period US engaged in Asia but with the play-game “on the strong man side” (Soviet-Union) for that reason, the two big enemies did not know where the real target.
United States policy: a very country did never had had a certain closed friend, and the political dictionary did not have the word “semper-fidelis” only interest…interest determined the cause of ally. For this reason, so two authors: Walter Isaacson and Evan Thomas described, they were “Wise Men”. Amongst of them, W A. Harriman was a leader with secret pin 322 diplomat case during the World War II. In contrast, president Eisenhower, vice president Nixon, secretary of State Dulles, Congressman Sam Raybum, Chaiman of the House…All were respected welcome to President Diem visited to United States; South Vietnam a very closed ally of Free World Countries. But on 13/May/1957 When president Diem visited the greatest city New York and the then Governor was W A Harriman had seen him with half eyes frustrated while president Diem standing inside a convertible limousine straight up his hand up and flapping salute the people on both street side of Broadway Boulevard. In turn people so pleased with the Hero of a Free world out-post as freedom fighter. The parade was leading by high protocol city official.
These wise men had used Diem to kick out the French-colonialist, and after that to his turn to get out the power for the next period as dirty war game between CIP and NLF (Counter-Insurgency Plan and National Liberation Front). Step by step CIA, agent Russell Flynn Miller and Lucien Conein will letting the Generals make a coup later, erasing the First Republic of Vietnam and forming another puppet government for the Second one, and both of them had to be eradicated by the only one very General Big Minh in CIA’ plot. The utmost period of “on the strong man side” was to eradicate the South Vietnam by a secret project called “Pennsylvania” craps by a quarterback Henry Kissinger who had a direct secret-scheme originated by Coach Skull and Bones, and CIA linebacker. President Diem should be killed because if He go to any countries, soon or later people need call him return back for rescue his country in case emergency (In the Library J F Kennedy: National Security File, meeting on Vietnam October/29/1963, W.A Harriman stated: “…our objectives in Vietnam will become more and more difficult to achieve with Diem control…might be J.F Kennedy turn as the must as well?”
CIA scrutinized minutely all the acted documents relating to the coup
(According J.F.K Library: National Security File, Meetings & Memoranda series, box 317: Meetings on Vietnam, 10/29/63 “We maintained clandestine contact with them throughout the planning and execution of the coup and sought to review their operational plans and proposed new government… For military coup d’état against Ngo Dinh Diem, the US must accept its full share of responsibility”)
The convoy departed from MRC at 6 AM with two MP jeeps ahead, Major Nghia and Capt. Hiep's jeep next, Gen. Xuan's jeep and Col. Lam's jeep were followed in front of 4 armored carriers M-113s and another tank of platoon leader in the rear. Captain Nhung as Minh's bodyguard left his usually duty beside his boss to board the convoy, probably by a secret order from Gen. Minh. At Father Tam's church, Major Nghia came in front of Gen. Xuan and Col. Lam who dared not to confront Diem's solemn face to face, even at that moment, for order. Nghia went into the church by a small gate at the right side of the main gate. At 10 meters from the gate, he came out to take off his revolver when people curiously looked on from outside the compound. He rushed to the door, turned right and went straight for about 20 meters. From the right side of the church, 4 men came out forward to Nghia. President Diem held a baton. Nhu and two officers in plain clothes (Capt. Do Tho, presidential attaché and Capt. An, bodyguard) Nghia stood in military mood, saluting the President and reported: "Mr. President, we were ordered from MRC to bring … to back to the GSH. Its representative, Major Gen. Mai Huu Xuan is waiting for you". Tho asked Nghia leading first but Nghia backed aside for the President and others went through the gate. He followed in the rear. The rear door of a parked M113 was wide opened. Xuan took a leather briefcase from Tho and made a signal for the two officers to follow him as quick as fleeing the scene.
Nhung pointed out to the tank's back door hatch and loudly ordered the brothers "Let get into it". The President has kept quiet in front of an impolite low rank officer who he has never seen before, hesitated, stunned and undecided what to do next. Nhu immediately protested: "Why no other vehicle than this?" Nhung angrily pushed the two brothers and hurrying said: "No ... as security reason ... there were chaos, people have wanted to kill you all ... get in this vehicle for better protection" Diem asked: "Where is Gen. Xuan? Let he come to see me". Nhung answered: "He’s already left". The brothers finally had to get in the M-113.
With this bizarre scenario, I recalled the day our POW inmates were pushed into animal cargo wagons of an old train to the so called "re-education" camps in North VN to prevent "stone throwing" from angrily mobs. That’s NVA guards said.
The scenario of a hatless general who dared not to look straight at the President let me recall a late heroic Colonel Le Quang Tung, before being killed for his Palace Guards Commander's duty by cursing at the killers: "Who put stars on your collar then you betray him?". I think this was not a curse since it was too gentle. The majority of generals would have to keep the Ngo’s brothers out of danger until they could be exiles. But not all the generals favored leniency. Some argued for expelling Diem and holding Nhu for trial, while others like three Generals Vy, Xuan, and Kim wanted both to face a court-martial which should be guillotined Diem and Nhu, look like they did acting to surrendered general Ba-Cut by guillotined-death recently. Finally, they debated the issue and finally decided that their first priority was to escort the Ngo’s from Cholon to staff headquarters in Saigon. They entrusted the assignment to General Mai Hưu Xuan, an unsavory figure who had worked for French as a secret police agent and afterward served Diem in the same capacity. He detested Diem for having shunted him into a minor job- but then, most of the insurgent officers had similar grievances against the regime they had just deposed.
The generals provided Xuan with an M-113 armored personnel carrier and four jeeps containing several soldiers, among them a tank officer by the name of Major Dương Hiếu Nghỉa, and general Minh’s bodyguard, Captain Nhung, who had murdered the Colonel Tung brothers the previous evening. Before the group left headquarters, Minh gestured to Nhung by raising two fingers of his right hand- the signal to kill them both.
At the Church, the Ngo brothers politely shook Nghia’s hand. Diem appeared to be disappointed that a limousine befitting his rank had not been dispatched, but Nghia advised him that the armored car had been deliberately chosen for his protection against ‘extremist’. Unfortunately, Diem and Nhu boarded the vehicle. Nghỉa climbed into the gun turret overlooking them, while Nhung sat near them below. Xuan and the other officers got into jeeps, and the motorcade drove off.
What occurred after that has been related in various versions, but most of details concur. The convoy headed toward Saigon and stopped at a railroad crossing. The worst event of recent political history was going to happen when the convoy passed Tu-Du Hospital on Hong Thap Tu Street, after about more than 10 minutes waiting for a train passing at a railroad crossing. There, by every account, the assassinations took place. General Don’s later investigation determined that Nghỉa shot the brothers point-blank from the gun turret with an automatic weapon, while Nhung sprayed them with bullets, and stabbed Nhu’s body repeatedly with a knife had been mutilated. Awash with blood, the armored car went on, preceded by the jeeps, whose passengers had not looked back. The brothers escaped the tanks ringing the presidential palace, but they could not escape the violent deaths at the hands of rebel officers.

The only clue to the identity of two assassinations [Presidents Kennedy and Diem] was a ‘hot-urgent’ meeting at Honolulu on 20, November 1963 by Skull and Bones 40 hosted. “I thought, God, they’re walking into a major disast
President Kennedy and Diem were the giant “drawbacks” to such a Skull and Bones’ foreign-policy machination, and the most crucial élan was CIP. An urgent meeting appeal for commencement the Vietnam War at Honolulu on 20/11/1963 [2 days before Kennedy must be assassinated and 18 days Diem was assassinated, if not by Harriman personally, at least at his direction that included War Industries Board’ Bones]
Mc George Bundy, president advisor, on behalf of Skull and Bones, snatched the State Secretary Dean Rush, and Defense Secretary McNamara, had to arrive at Honolulu joining with, to South Vietnam, Ambassador Henry Cabot Lodge and General Paul Harkin.
Mc G. Bundy, Skull and Bones 40 gave detailed the instructions what they should do with:
- Elimination five generals above out of power lies in theirs hands
- Abolition Strategic Hamlet Program, dissolution GVN’ youths movement, Secret-services
- Fabrication the so called Hanoi provocative-incident for retaliation, [Gulf Tonkin Incident]
- Establishment ‘Electronic-Sensor-Fence’ not for stop but control the level infiltration of
NVA’ troop to South.
- McNamara was assigned as General Manager Executive to direct the Vietnam War
Evidences against Skull and Bones’ scam in foreign policy machination were testified conflicting with strong reason for believing: political platform conflict between JF Kennedy and WIB Bones. And President Diem don’t want US combat troop coming South Vietnam with any reason, and He chose to dramatize his complaint by delaying agreement on the commitment of South Vietnamese funds for joint “Counter-Insurgency-Projects” (Use Vietnam as a laboratory to develop techniques of counterinsurgency…) As for President Kennedy was not ready for the Skull and Bones’ scam, thereby military intervention into Laos and bombing North Vietnam were out of the question. He strongly stated: “I want to have a negotiated settlement. I do not want to become military involved!” President Kennedy praised the agreement for allowing the Unites States to avoid military intervention
Moreover, some accounts have tied Skull and Bones to support work in the CIA’s 1961 Bay of Pigs invasion. President J F Kennedy, his brother, and his vice president, this triumvirate had begun probing Soviet Union-connected Skull and Bones companies and the Axis of Evil’s investors (Information on Skull and Bones and early Yale come from Evan Thomas and Walter Isaacson, The Wise Men (New York: Simon & Schuster 1986. W A Harriman and Bushes early activities in Russia are detailed in Joseph Finder, Red Carpet (New York: Holt, Rinehart & Winston, 1983) The first mention of their investments in prewar Russia, Korea, and Indochina– a key preparation on application “the Trading with the Enemy Act of December 1941” for eradicating this Axis of Evil. In this elimination plan, Kennedy dispatched Vice President Johnson right after a debacle forever to be known by the name of its locale the Bay of Pigs, to South Vietnam on ambassadorial world tour, exuberantly praised Diem as the “Winston Churchill of Asia” which reassured Diem of American support in May/1961. (The catastrophic failure of the Bay of Pigs at 10:15 A.M on April 14, 1961 so embarrassed Kennedy that he appointed General Taylor to learn what had gone wrong? The-Taylor-Commission concluded the Cuba-project had escalated beyond a size manageable by the CIA. It recommended a worldwide review of other CIA enterprises to learn, if any had grown beyond intelligence operations, and if so, to switch them to Military control)
Consequently, A Harriman said: [meeting on Vietnam, 10/29/63 Memorandum 317]
“With the passage of time, our objectives in Vietnam will become more and more difficult to achieve with Diem in control” and of course with President Kennedy in the seat of power too.
In October/1963 US cut off aid to President Diem regime in direct rebuff, giving a green light to the generals, US Permanent Government maintained clandestine contact with them throughout the planning and execution of the coup and sought to review their operational plans and proposed new government. Thus, as the nine-year rule of President Diem came to a bloody end, [Skull and Bones] absolutely in purpose, their complicity in his overthrow heightened their responsibilities and their commitment in an essentially leaderless Vietnam.
There’s not much doubt about it, because it is almost certain when we tried to examine the impact of clue that I written above becoming as a fact-proof testimony. We distinguished the message which Skull and Bones 40 send to Ambassador Cabot Lodge as below:
Mc G Bundy, the White house, on 30/10/1963 to Ambassador Lodge/Vietnam. Top secret-eyes only for ambassador Lodge:
“We do not accept as a basis for US policy that we have no power to delay or discourage a coup. In our paragraph 12 you say that if you were convinced that the coup was going to fail you would of course do everything you could to stop it. We believe that on this same basis you should take action to persuade coup leaders to stop or delay any operation which, in your best judgment, does not clearly give high prospect of success…”
But in the meeting at Honolulu on the date above occurred was contrarily U-turned at 180 degree – the great different importance against himself by his Skull and Bones 40’s message above:
-“First of all, to find a way of dealing with a difficulty situation as five-senior generals that were out of power?”
Skull and Bones 40 gave instructions: McNamara and General Taylor will come to Vietnam and hold each hand of a young reformed-general [general Khanh] in straight-up, in front of public meeting for encouraged him stand-up, no threat to the current coup leaders.
-Secondly, chosen a very young leader [Lt Colonel Nguyen Cao Ky] controlled the chaotic situation and reused him again for the “Road-Map” of Post-Vietnam-War. We may also tell appropriate military leaders we will give them direct support in any interim period of breakdown central government mechanism.
In conclusion, a Democratic W.Harriman became the number One culprit determined destroy the First Republic of South Vietnam and killed Diem and Nhu. President L.B Johnson’s confession in the assassination of President Diem and his brother could indicate some complicity on Harriman’s part; He is noted for supporting the coup against President Diem in November, 1963 on behalf of State department.
Until 2005, published book “The Secret History of CIA” author Joseph J.Trento, noticed in an interview between him and high official CIA, William R Corson disclosed, W A Harriman was just real culprit who gave order to kill two of them: Diem and Nhu….
